我国耐磨材料的消耗情况
耐磨材料在建材、火力发电和冶金矿山等工业领域的整个能量和经济成本消耗中占有相当大的比重。在矿物、水泥和煤粉等原材料的生产过程中都会因机器设备和零件的磨损而必须更换。因此,系统研究和不断开发新的耐磨材料和抗磨技术具有很大的实际意义。

我国的耐磨材料整体消耗平均差异巨大,水泥厂选用高质量磨球,则球耗水平与国际水平相当。选用价格低的钢球则球耗可达500g/t—800g/t水泥。很多水泥厂衬板一仓衬板、隔仓板寿命仅为1年。选粉机筒体、旋风筒在1年时间内就磨穿。钢球材质有高、中、低铬铸铁球,也有普通45号钢制造的钢球;有采用锻打方式生产的,也有传统的水玻璃砂砂型工艺的,也有先进的VR日法(真空置换硬化造型法)、V法(真空负压造型法)和FPC法(消失模铸造法)等先进铸造工艺方法的。我国多数厂家采用冲天炉和中频炉双联法生产,少数厂采用电弧炉生产,应用炉外精炼和连铸的更少,造成金属液冶金质量、纯净度差,去气、去夹杂不理想。国内大多采用手工造型,湿型铸造,效率低,铸件缺陷多,造成耐磨件早期损坏。热处理多采用燃料加热,热处理质量差,铸件性能不稳定。我国耐磨材料生产厂有数百家,多为中、小厂,检测手段不全,有的甚至成分分析都不能保证;力学性能更很少检测。

In China, most of them adopt manual moulding and wet casting, which has low efficiency and many casting defects, resulting in early damage of wear-resistant parts. Fuel heating is often used in heat treatment. The quality of heat treatment is poor and the casting performance is unstable. There are hundreds of wear-resistant material factories in our country, mostly small and medium-sized factories, with incomplete testing methods, some even component analysis can not be guaranteed, and mechanical properties are seldom tested.
据统计,我国水泥工业部分大中型厂使用高铬球的磨耗在14.18~92.0克/吨水泥之间,平均为51.7克/吨水泥,与国际水平平均磨耗53.9克/吨水泥相当。也有吨水泥球耗达到400g/t一600g/t的。
